New and Re-Establishing Patient
Dear Valued Clients,
With the heightened demand and increased wait times for veterinary services across the entire country, it has become more challenging for our clients to schedule timely visits. Coupled with this, unfortunately, we have seen an increase in the number of clients failing to show up for scheduled appointments, despite email, text, and phone call reminders.
To keep those scarce appointments available – and reduce wait times for all patients – Hanahan Veterinary Clinic has implemented a $50 deposit to secure appointments for all new or re-establishing patients not seen within the last 3 years. The amount is fully credited to your first visit and is only non-refundable if the patient doesn’t attend the scheduled appointment (please note being more than 15mins late to an appointment without contacting our office before the scheduled appointment time is considered a non-refundable no-show). To reschedule please let us know during our normal office hours at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If you do not notify the office to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded to you. We also require you to have all previous veterinary records sent to us before your scheduled appointment.
We graciously ask that you please let us know that you won’t need your appointment so that we may offer it to another client in need. Thank you for your understanding.
